EmpowerHER Collective Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded to advance leadership equity through evidence-based programs in development, mentoring, wellness, and community building for women across industries and stages of leadership. With specific programming and initiatives designed to support Black women, we also create spaces where women from other diverse backgrounds can find opportunities to enrich themselves, build networks, and grow in leadership.

Our mission is to expand access to leadership opportunities by equipping individuals from diverse backgrounds with the tools, networks, and support needed to thrive, and by cultivating inclusive communities through peer-led circles, expert facilitation, and wellness practices.
