EmpowerHER Collective Inc. is a registered nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing leadership and personal growth for women and girls. We offer mentorship, educational resources, and community-based programs that promote confidence, equity, and collaboration. While our work includes initiatives to support Black women in leadership, we welcome and empower women from all backgrounds to learn, connect, and grow together through inclusive leadership development opportunities.

Our mission is to expand access to leadership opportunities by equipping individuals from diverse backgrounds with the tools, networks, and support needed to thrive, and by cultivating inclusive communities through peer-led circles, expert facilitation, and wellness practices.
